This is an ongoing series that I called 'Uncreated Light'. Most of paintings here use traditional techniques of gilding that you see in early Renaissance Italian art using genuine gold leaf of different colours. Uncreated Light is the light at the beginning, before the sun was even there. It's the Divine light, the spiritual light that lightens our beings, our minds and our souls, healing us and giving us inner peace. It's our inner light that shines out.
